Tifa Yunus operates from:
Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM Saturday 8:00AM- 3:00pm, Sunday: Closed
All client engagements are strictly by appointment only, whether in person or virtual.

Clients are encouraged to book their appointments through the following official channels:

• Wedding Gowns: Tifa Yunus provides all fabrics. We do not accept external fabrics for bridal gowns. Pricing includes fabric sourcing and embellishments.
• Traditional/Kente Outfits: Clients may provide their own kente or opt to have it sourced through Tifa Yunus. Fabric may also be purchased directly from us. If sourcing for the fabric, it will attract cost of GH⊄400.

To ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and client satisfaction:
• Wedding Gowns: Bookings must be made at least 5 months prior to the event.
• Guest/Event Outfits: Bookings must be made between 1 to 3 months before the occasion.
• Express Orders: Bookings made less than 1 month before the event will attract an express fee between 10%-25% of the total outfit cost depending on the style been sewn.

At Tifa Yunus, we believe in creating a personalized and comfortable environment for every client. Our consultations are designed to guide and inform, ensuring your garment reflects your style, personality, and event.
Consultation Details:
• Can be conducted virtually or in person
• Initial consultations attract a non-refundable fee
• Fee is deducted from the final invoice if a garment is commissioned
• Clients may bring a maximum of two (2) guests for consultation and to the showroom.
What to Expect:
• Discussions on color palettes, fabric textures, and silhouette options
• Style inspiration sharing is encouraged
• Measurements and fitting plans may be initiated.

To ensure the best fit, Tifa Yunus strongly encourages all clients to be physically available for professional measurements.
Clients must:
• Notify us of any physical changes (e.g. pregnancy, weight loss/gain) before garment production begins.
• Understand that failure to communicate such changes may impact the final fit.
• If unavailable, ensure a competent individual or tailor assists in taking and submitting accurate measurements. When being assist, do well to be in a fitted dress for accurate measurement.
Measurements should include:
• Full bust, under bust, waist, hips
• Shoulder width, armhole, sleeve length
• Height and desired dress length
• Any other custom areas required for specific designs.

Achieving a flawless fit is a top priority at Tifa Yunus. We schedule three (3) fitting sessions throughout the garment production process:
1. Initial Fit
2. Mid-Production Fit
3. Final Fit
• Fittings must be completed at least within 4-2 weeks before the event.
• Clients outside Ghana will have their garments shipped with the option to return them for final adjustments if necessary.
• Tifa Yunus shall not be liable for fit issues arising from missed or declined fittings.

All personal and sensitive information disclosed during consultations, fittings, and production will be held in strict confidentiality. Tifa Yunus is committed to maintaining client trust and data privacy at every stage.

Upon scheduling your consultation and proceeding with garment production:
• It is understood that no changes can be made to the agreed design or garment specifications post-consultation, unless explicitly approved by Tifa Yunus.
• Clients confirm that all relevant personal and body information—such as pregnancy, weight fluctuations, or body concerns—have been disclosed.
• This document represents the entire agreement between Tifa Yunus and the client. No additional oral or written understandings shall apply unless officially amended by the brand.
